About The Role

We're looking for a Measurement Specialist who lives and breathes tracking, attribution, and measurement architecture. You won't just set up tags, you'll build the data foundation that C-level executives rely on to make million-dollar decisions. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where your work directly shapes how brands understand their customers.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement end-to-end measurement frameworks across web and mobile properties
  • Own Google Tag Manager implementations — from DataLayer architecture to custom triggers and variables
  • Set up and maintain Mobile Measurement Platform (MMP) integrations using AppsFlyer and Branch
  • Configure and audit analytics platforms: Google Analytics 4, AppsFlyer, and ContentSquare
  • Implement and optimize Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) event tracking: MoEngage, CleverTap, and Braze
  • Design and validate DataLayer schemas for web and mobile apps
  • Consult clients on multi-touch attribution, data-driven attribution, and measurement best practices
  • Conduct tracking audits and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts, and client-side dev teams to ensure data accuracy end-to-end

What You Bring

Must-Have:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital measurement / MarTech implementation
  • Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Solid experience with MMP: AppsFlyer and/or Branch
  • Hands-on with at least one CEP platform: MoEngage, CleverTap, or Braze
  • Strong understanding of DataLayer design and implementation (web & app)
  • Deep knowledge of attribution models: multi-touch, data-driven, last-click, view-through
  • Comfortable communicating technical concepts to non-technical clients
  • ContentSquare or similar behavioral analytics experience is a plus

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with BigQuery, SQL, or data pipeline basics
  • Familiarity with mobile SDK integration
  • Prior experience at a MarTech agency or consultancy
