About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can do it all, pull and process raw data, extract sharp insights, and walk into a client boardroom and tell a story that drives action. This isn't a back-room analytics role. You'll be client-facing, consultative, and expected to translate complex data into decisions that move the needle for marketing teams.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end analysis projects, from raw data extraction to final insight delivery
  • Write clean, efficient SQL to query and process large datasets across multiple platforms
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, and/or Tableau that stakeholders actually use
  • Translate data into clear, compelling presentations. You'll regularly present to marketing leads and C-level clients
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in marketing performance data (paid, organic, CRM, retention, etc.)
  • Work closely with Measurement Specialists and Data Engineers to ensure data integrity before analysis
  • Develop frameworks and templates that improve how we, and our clients, think about data
  • Handle multiple B2B client accounts simultaneously, managing timelines and deliverables like a pro

What You Need to Bring

Must-Have:

  • 4–5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably with exposure to marketing data (paid media, CRM, retention, funnel analytics)
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, you can write complex queries without breaking a sweat
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, and/or Tableau
  • Proven ability to extract and communicate insights, not just report numbers
  • Excellent presentation and slide-making skills, your decks are structured, visual, and tell a story
  • Experience handling B2B client relationships with professionalism and confidence
  • Sharp analytical and critical thinking, you question assumptions and dig until you find the real answer
  • Open to feedback, able to iterate fast, and never precious about your work

Nice-to-Have:

  • Background in a marketing agency, consultancy, or MarTech environment
  • Familiarity with GA4, AppsFlyer, or CRM platforms (understanding of the data sources is a big plus)
  • Exposure to Python or R for more advanced data processing
  • Experience with BigQuery or cloud data warehouses
