The Role
You're the technical person clients talk to. You take a messy business problem ("our app installs don't match our ad spend" or "our team spends 20 hours a week on manual reporting"), work out what's actually broken, scope a fix, and deliver it, either yourself or with our engineers. That fix might be a tracking setup, a landing page, or an AI-powered automation. You're early in your career, but you think like someone who owns the outcome.
What You'll Do
- Join client calls and turn vague requests into clear, scoped technical tasks
- Build AI and automation workflows with Make.com and n8n, including LLM steps using Vertex AI / Gemini
- Implement and troubleshoot tracking across web and app: GA4, GTM, DataLayer, AppsFlyer, ContentSquare
- Review conversion tracking and campaign setup in Google Ads and Meta Ads, and spot where measurement and media don't match
- Support website builds: landing pages, tag implementation, basic front-end fixes
- Run tracking and workflow audits, and write findings a non-technical client can act on
- Build every workflow with error handling, logging, and cost awareness, and document it so anyone on the team can take over
- Flag risks early: unclear scope, data privacy concerns, broken assumptions, timeline slips
Must Have
- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, MarTech, automation, or web development. Internships and serious personal projects count.
- Demonstrable depth in at least one lane:
- Automation: you've built real multi-step workflows in Make.com or n8n (APIs, webhooks, conditional logic, error handling)
- Measurement: you've set up real GA4 and GTM tracking, including DataLayer
- Working literacy in the other lane, plus basic HTML/CSS/JS and how paid media works (campaign structure, conversions, attribution basics)
- Comfortable with REST APIs and JSON, and you can debug in DevTools or a workflow execution log
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Say "I don't know, let me find out" fast, then come back with the answer
Nice To Have
- Hands-on with Vertex AI, Gemini API, or other LLM APIs, including prompt design and basic output evaluation
- Exposure to AppsFlyer or another MMP, ContentSquare, BigQuery or SQL
- Built or shipped a website (Next.js, WordPress, Webflow, anything real)
- Experience at an agency or consultancy
You'll Thrive Here If You
- Ask "what's the business problem?" before "which tool?"
- Automate a task, then ask what happens when it fails, and build for that first
- Think twice before sending client data into an AI model, and ask before doing it
- Would rather say "I broke this, here's the fix" than hide it
- Teach yourself new platforms quickly and can show us something you built to prove it
- Can explain a bug or a workflow to a marketing manager and to a developer in the same day
